What is the BuddyCare care coordination platform?
The Platform helps hospitals (public and private) to automate care coordination, and offers a digital patient guidance solution. Healthcare professionals Dashboard allows care personnel to monitor patients remotely, collect QoL and PROM questionnaires, and communicate with the patients. Meanwhile, the healthcare professional’s use the Dashboard, patients are guided and reminded through an easy-to-use mobile App.
Care coordination automation helps care providers to reduce admin work, time, and expenses. The mobile App provides a new modern day tool for the patients, which offers timely scheduled automated information and reminders. All vital information is available for the patients 24/7 and stored in one location.
BuddyCare Platform has mainly been used in surgery process automation, but the modular Platform can be used in any indication.
