Customer Success Manager (GE)

Are you looking for new challenges in healthtech sales around healthcare? If yes, this is a definite showcase position for you. Buddy Healthcare is a digital health company already having first customers and good references in Germany. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to support our customers, hospitals and clinics, in using our solutions in DACH countries. Your task is to ensure that Buddy Healthcare is providing the best possible service to them. 

You will be one of our first full-time employees in Germany, so you have a good opportunity to affect how we set up our operations in Germany. Your duties and responsibilities are divided into two segments:

  1. Acting as customer project manager during the customer implementation project including:
    1. acting as a single point of contact between the customer and our team in Finland
    2. defining project scope together with the customer
    3. arranging project workshops
    4. taking care of the implementation schedule.
  2. Acting as account manager for our existing customers to ensure they use our solution smoothly, efficiently and continuously, including:
    1. Training and guiding care personnel
    2. Supporting care personnel in process change achieved by the solution
    3. Designing and supporting hospitals in patient recruitment
    4. Producing customer support and marketing materials
    5. Running product presentations and demos in hospitals
    6. Identifying expansion opportunities inside a customer -> add-on sales

In both segments, your results will be measured by customer satisfaction and software usage rates.

We expect you to have at least 1 year of experience in account management or customer support functions preferably in medical and/or IT sector. In addition, we expect you to have courage to help customers implementing new working process and to negotiate with different stakeholders from nurses to clinicians and clinic managers. You should be well presented and fluent in communication with the ability to travel in Central Europe.

We provide you a position with full support from our Senior Business Developer in Germany as well as Chief Sales Officer and Chief Operative Officer together with our operative team in Finland. Compensation will be base salary + bonus. In addition to this, as one of the first employees in our new office in Berlin, you’ll have a possibility to participate in building the company’s operations in Germany and grow together with us.
