The acquisition brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to improving healthcare through digital innovation. Joining VitalHub strengthens Buddy Healthcare's ability to continue investing in its care coordination platform, expand its international reach and support healthcare organisations with innovative digital solutions.
Since its founding in 2016, Buddy Healthcare has developed its care coordination platform in close collaboration with university hospitals, healthcare professionals and customers. This customer-led approach has helped create a trusted platform that supports hospitals across Europe in delivering more coordinated, efficient and patient-centred care.
