The BuddyCare mobile application takes care of patients by sending timely reminders of tasks in care process. They are such tasks as medication and nutrition reminders, questionnaires, instructions, pain diary and Patient Reported Outcome measures. Patient can also communicate with the hospital staff through the app.
The dashboard for healthcare professionals gives real-time visibility of patients preparation and recovery processes. Through automated noting of uncompleted tasks and uncommon answers, the hospital staff can easily recognize the patients who need attention. The staff can also send a reminder to the patient, add and remove tasks from individual pathways.
