Where to find Buddy Healthcare at HIMSS

Come listen to the panel discussion on Tuesday, May 29, at 10:30-11:25 in the Auditorium called Solutions for Hospitals and Health Professionals. Our Chief Sales Officer Markus Lind is one of the speakers there.

We would like to meet potential partners, customers and investors at the conference. If you are interested in adopting a clinical pathway solution to enhance the patient experience, get in touch with Markus Lind who will be on site. You can also meet Markus at booth 34 in the startup area.

About Buddy Healthcare

Buddy Healthcare provides a care coordination and patient engagement platform that automates and monitors clinical pathways for the perioperative phase of the care process. The BuddyCare mobile application takes care of patients by sending timely reminders of tasks in care process. They are such tasks as medication and nutrition reminders, questionnaires, instructions, pain diary and Patient Reported Outcome measures. Patient can also communicate with the hospital staff through the app.

The dashboard for healthcare professionals gives real-time visibility of patients preparation and recovery processes. Through automated noting of uncompleted tasks and uncommon answers, the hospital staff can easily recognize the patients who need attention. The staff can also send a reminder to the patient, add and remove tasks from individual pathways.

Buddy Healthcare’s customer hospitals significantly reduced no-show rates and phone call. With the platform, patients are more involved to their own care. The hospital staff can informe and monitor them better throughout the care process.

StartUp Health selected Buddy Healthcare to join the movement as one of the first five Finnish companies in 2016.
