We want to welcome our new Sales Manager, Dr. Fabian Mager.
Fabian has taken on the position of Sales Manager for the DACH region at Buddy Healthcare in Germany. Previously at Johnson & Johnson and Stryker, he was responsible for sales of OR solutions for hospitals and larger healthcare centers and brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to his new position at Buddy Healthcare.
As a sales manager, Fabian will support German, Swiss, and Austrian hospitals and large health centers in the digitisation and automation of their processes and treatment paths, as well as remote monitoring and control of the healing process of their patients, especially in the surgical-operating disciplines.
We asked Fabian a few questions:
What made you choose Buddy Healthcare?
Buddy Healthcare won me over in a very short time and it's hard for me to say what inspires me the most: the value proposition of the platform which is substantial for the German-speaking market, the professionalism of the company reminding me of much larger companies (without suffering from their immobility), or the company culture, in which an exceptionally collegial cooperation goes hand in hand with focused and passionate work for the well-being of customers.
What are you passionate about?
It’s my passion to work with customers in order to find a good solution making a real and lasting impact on their work, benefiting patients and treatment teams alike.
What are you most looking forward to in the coming year with Buddy?
To bring all the great opportunities that BuddyCare offers to hospitals in DACH.
What do you enjoy doing in your leisure time?
When I'm not spending time with my three children and my wife, I'm either mountain biking over the hills around Lake Ammersee or devoting myself to one of my many hobbies, which always get too little attention.
