What is Buddy Healthcare's care coordination Platform, and how does it work?

An easy-to-use patient engagement mobile application helps patients navigate the care process from preparation to recovery. The BuddyCare App automatically sends patients timely scheduled educational packages or information. Checklists, pre-assessment forms, reminders, and timely education keep the patient on the right track.
The Care Pathway Management Dashboard for healthcare professionals offers real-time visibility over patients' (mobile app users) preparation and enables interaction with them. The dashboard helps healthcare professionals identify patients who have deviated from the expected care plan and allocate resources more efficiently.
