Buddy Healthcare has appointed Stacy Nyangere as Customer Success Manager, UK, strengthening its ability to support NHS organisations seeking to improve and digitise care coordination and patient pathway management.

In her role, Stacy will work closely with NHS customers to integrate Buddy Healthcare’s care coordination platform into everyday clinical practice, supporting teams in improving patient flow and clinic efficiency, reducing administrative burden, and enhancing patient communication, data capture and a smarter way of utilising the submitted data.

Stacy joins Buddy Healthcare with a background in nursing and health informatics, bringing hands-on experience of how digital tools are implemented in frontline care. She has worked directly with clinical teams to introduce technology in real-world settings, focusing on making systems usable, effective, and aligned with clinical workflows.

“From my clinical experience, I have seen how fragmented systems can slow down care and add pressure to already stretched teams,” Stacy says. “Buddy Healthcare stood out because it tackles those challenges in a practical way. It also brings experience from Finland’s highly digitalised healthcare system, where, for example, digital perioperative and chronic care coordination is already embedded in everyday practice. I’m looking forward to working with NHS organisations to help make digital pathways work in day-to-day care.”

At Buddy Healthcare, Stacy will support NHS organisations through implementation and change management, ensuring the platform is not only deployed but successfully embedded. Her focus will be on helping teams realise measurable improvements and benefits in care coordination, communication, and patient experience.
