Working with Buddy Healthcare, NHS Lanarkshire hospital Board has launched “Elsie”, its new ePreOp digital platform. Elsie was designed to replace the previous resource-heavy “paper-based” system, which required every patient, no matter their fitness for surgery, to attend a hospital appointment to answer questions with a nurse.
